Unique feature of the deal

The developer’s strategy was to retain the units upon completion for long term investment. The developer was unable to obtain bank funding with this strategy in mind without an ability to demonstrate sufficient income for serviceability of the total debt. 

Balmain’s funding solution did not have a presale requirement and takeout funding has been arranged to provide multiple cheap, long term debt facilities.
